Fort Myers is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Fort Myers is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We have no Duck Donuts in my home area but I had a coupon to use from the store that used to be in our area. They closed earlier this year leaving me with no way to use the coupon. I was in the Ft Myers area and decided to stop by this Duck Donuts location. This location has plenty of seating options and even has an area for merchandise. There was no wait and I was helped immediately. I explained the situation to Audrey and Kaleigl and they honored my coupon!! I was so pleasantly surprised by their kindness and consideration to the situation. They made our day! Thank you so much ladies! π©

This was my first time trying this place as a local and Iβm so impressed! The pricing is amazing. I paid a total of $16 AFTER tip ($13 before) for 3 items. my banana cream pie donut was served warm and decadent but not soggy, my caramel coffee was actually delicious and well balanced and not too bitter or sweet, and my sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin was again super warm and gooey but not soggy. The flavors for everything were 100% balanced, I never thought βwow that was too sweetβ or βoof that was kind of bitter/blandβ. And, they have a plethora of delicious options. They have ice cream, milkshakes, refreshers, donuts with an ice cream scoop on top of all flavors, donut holes, you name it. 100% recommend as a fun place to bring your kids for a treat and a quick bite and sip- the inside had little ducks and tons of colors everywhere but a nice mature look so itβs perfect to stimulate the kiddos and interest the teens/adults.

My wife and I walked in and were greeted promptly. The staff was patient and courteous and walked us through the ordering process. My wife and I got a breakfast sandwich, as well as a few donuts that were FRESH and delicious. This place is dangerous. Would eat here again.

The one and only reason that I cannot provide a 5-star review to Duck Donuts is that, upon walking in, we were politely greeted, but once we started ordering, the (presumably) manager caught a snippy attitude because we took an extra minute or two as we chose the flavors of donuts we wanted. While waiting at the pick-up counter for our donuts, one of the crew members making them was nearly yelled at by the manager for not doing his job properly. My husband and I personally thought that this behavior was extremely disrespectful. The male manager did nothing but belittle the crew member, and you could tell the crew member felt insecure by it, as he made eye contact with us as we continued to wait. If something is wrong, it can be discussed elsewhere, not in front of customers for the rest of us to hear and judge the situation. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of donuts. Duck Donuts is known for its fresh donuts, so they've succeeded in that!
